How We Do It
Our Process

Finalize Program

1. You'll be presented with all the loan programs you've been approved for.
  • If you choose, you can customize any of these programs to fit your specific needs. You can select from various rate/point options and the lock option you'd prefer.
2. Then you'll see a summary of your home loan decision.
  • Click "previous" to go back and make changes.
3. To select this program and reserve your funds, you'll need to submit a credit card number for verification purposes. Advanced fees will only be collected to the extent permitted by state law if your application is cancelled or declined.
  • Remember that you have not reserved your funds until you have entered your credit card information and clicked SUBMIT. Terms and conditions of your loan will be specified prior to submitting any fees.
4. You'll receive confirmation that your funds have been reserved. Continue on to enter contact information for your property -- real estate agent, appraiser, and homeowner's association.
  • You'll also be asked to provide some statistical information for monitoring purposes -- this is just for aggregate purposes, and will not be attached to your application.
5. Within 3 business days, you'll receive your application package in the mail, with documents regarding your transaction. Carefully review these documents, then sign and return them, along with any additional documents requested, as soon as possible.

6. Check on your loan any time on the MY LOAN STATUS Page. You'll be able to see what's next in the process, what documents are still needed, and other details of your loan.
